"I was with Reyna for over 3 years and received nothing but the best service not just from her but her office staff as well. There were countless situations where Reyna displayed excellent customer service. One time, I was stuck in the middle of an ice storm in the evening and I thought that I had roadside assistance included in my premium but I didn’t. I called Reyna’s number and she picked up (mind you this was around 8pm at night). I explained my situation to her and she was able to immediately add roadside assistance to my policy to help me get out of the storm. This is just one of the countless examples of her and her staff’s excellent service. Reyna seems to really care about her customers and always tries to help them out. It’s a shame that the current insurance market prices only increase and doesn’t reward consistent customers. The only reason I’m switching is because I was able to find a cheaper premium, other than that I would still be with Reyna. I will always recommend friends and family to Reyna, and I encourage all new customers to get your insurance policy through Reyna and her office as they’re great!"
